If you are approaching Santa Fe from the north and are taking 84/285, get in the left lane as you approach town. You will exit left onto Guadalupe Street toward Downtown Santa Fe. The National Cemetery should be on your left. Turn left on Alameda St. and continue until you reach Old Santa Fe Trail. Start looking for off-street parking! You will turn left, and the Chapel will be on your right.
If you are coming in on I25, you will be approaching from the south side of Santa Fe. Take the first Santa Fe exit onto Old Pecos Trail. Turn right. At the third stop light, you will need to turn right in order to stay on Old Pecos Trail. Once you have done that, you will continue on that road all the way to the Loretto Chapel and downtown Santa Fe. Old Pecos Trail will turn into Old Santa Fe Trail, but you should not even notice it. Stay on this road! We will be on your right just past Alameda St.
There is off street parking available by meter and parking lots open to the public on Water Street and at St Francis Cathedral on Cathedral Place and Water Street. The Cathedral parking lot is best accessed by heading east on Alameda St. and turning left into the parking lot just after Cathedral Place. This lot can accommodate buses, RV's, and cars. Both lots are a short walk to the Loretto Chapel and the historic Santa Fe Plaza.
